Arancini – In non foodie terms, fried rice balls. They were good. Served on a trinkle of marina sauce and drizzled with just enough parmesan, it worked. Perfect stomach coating for the hungover nation occasion and just enough to share (or not share if you’re as greedy as I) prior to the main course.
